One Day, We'll Miss This

The spilled milk, the endless laundry, the fact that you haven't had a date night in months—it all feels like too much some days. The yelling over who gets the red cup, the muddy floors you just cleaned, the chaos that never seems to stop. But mama, you're doing a great job. Even when it doesn't feel like it.

One day, you'll look back on all of this—the mess, the noise, the beautiful chaos—and without a doubt, you'll know it was all worth it. I'm here to help you capture these memories, so when your kids ask "What was I like when I was 3? Or 6? Or 9?" you can pull out those photos and say, "Here, I'll show you." That's why, as a motherhood + lifestyle photographer in Westminster, Colorado I believe these moments deserve to be remembered.

Let's capture the giggles, the snuggles, and the perfectly imperfect moments that make your family yours. Because these years go fast, even when the days feel long.

WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING ABOUT WORKING WITH HONEY & FRIENDS?

I always have such an amazing time taking pictures with Rachel! We laugh the whole time and I'm able to just enjoy myself! She is amazing at paying attention to the small details and helping me create a vision when I don't have one. She has taken my engagement, wedding, and now maternity photos. I am so grateful she did all of them!

Curious about the details? lets dive in!

How many pictures will we receive?

Depending on which collection you choose, that will determine how many photos you'll receive—but here's the thing: if there are more moments that make my heart do a little happy dance (and there usually are!), I'm not keeping them from you. Why hold onto magic when it's meant to be shared? My goal is to tell your story fully and honestly, and that means delivering every beautiful, in-between, joy-filled frame I can. At Honey & Friends, it's never about the number—it's about the memories we capture together.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

When it comes to timing your newborn session, don’t stress—I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve to make sure we have the perfect lighting and the most peaceful vibes. When you book a session with Honey & Friends, we’ll hop on a FaceTime chat to talk through all the little details you might be nervous about. I know how much you want everything to feel just right. So hand over those worries—I’ve got you. Your only job? Soak up the moment and love on your people. I’ll take care of the rest.

How should we dress for our family session?

When it comes to what you wear, the most important thing is that you feel beautiful, comfortable, and 100% yourself. Don’t choose something just because you think you should—pick outfits that reflect who you truly are. Whether that means your favorite flowy dress, cozy jeans and a tee, or your kiddo’s beloved overalls, what matters most is that you feel confident and at ease. When you feel good in what you're wearing, it shows—and that’s when the magic happens in front of the camera.

We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?

Can I let you in on a little secret? I actually feel super uncomfortable in front of the camera, too. So trust me when I say—I get it. But here’s the good news: it’s my job to make you feel completely at ease. By the time your session wraps, you’ll have forgotten all about those nerves. You’ll be laughing, having fun, and thinking, “She made me feel so comfortable the whole time!” And when you see your photos? You’ll see that joy shining through—and you’ll be so glad you said yes to this moment.
